Apart from the South African T20 League, the teams of these IPL teams are in many tournaments including the Caribbean Premier League. For example, Quinton De Kock plays for Lucknow Super Giants in the IPL, while he plays for Durban Super Giants in the South African T20 League. While apart from this, he also represents KKR in other leagues including Caribbean Premier League.

After which if the players playing in IPL want to play for their national team, then they will have to take No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their IPL team.
