PAK vs NZ 1st T20 Match Highlights: The first match of the five-match T20 series was played between Pakistan and New Zealand at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on Friday night. In this match, Pakistan won by 88 runs and took a 1-0 lead in the series. Pakistan had scored 182 runs after playing first. In response, the visiting Kiwi team got all out for just 94 runs.

In this match for Pakistan, fast bowler Haris Rauf performed brilliantly. Rauf took four wickets for just 17 runs in 3.3 overs. Earlier in the batting, young Saim Ayyub played a blistering inning of 47 runs in 28 balls with 6 fours and 2 sixes. At the same time, Fakhar Zaman also scored 47 runs with the help of 4 fours and 2 sixes.

Chasing the target of 183 runs from Pakistan, New Zealand did not have a good start. Opener Chad Bowes 01 and number three batsman Will Young were dismissed after scoring 02 runs. Then Darryl Mitchell 11 and captain Tom Latham 20 also returned to the pavilion.

After this Mark Chapman played some shots and James Neesham also hit 2 fours and a six. But both of them could not last long. Neesham got out after scoring 15 runs in 8 balls and Chapman scored 34 runs in 27 balls. New Zealand had five wickets for 88 runs, but after this the visiting team lost their remaining five wickets within just six runs and the whole team was all out for just 94 runs.

Haris Rauf took four wickets for just 17 runs in 3.3 overs for Pakistan. Apart from this, Imad Wasim got two successes. Whereas Shaheen Afridi, Zaman Khan, Faheem Ashraf and Shadab Khan got one wicket each.
