According to the data, 28 per cent laborers, 24 per cent housewives, 11 per cent students, 10 per cent employees of private companies, 4 per cent businessmen and government employees, 3 per cent farmers and 16 per cent others have committed suicide in the state between 2020 and 2022. Are. According to the data, most of the suicides involved problems related to marital stress, financial worries, drug addiction, illness, unemployment, failed love affairs and other family problems.

People of this age mostly commit suicide

Director General of Police (DGP) Sanjay Kundu told that, we made register number 27 to keep a record of suicide cases and analyzed the reasons behind such steps. Suicide cases increased during Corona
