  • Split bread – 4
  • Boiled potatoes – 2-3
  • Gram flour – 3 tsp
  • Green chili chopped – 2
  • Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Kalonji – 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil – for frying
  • salt – as per taste

Prepare masala like this to make samosa

First of all, mash the boiled potatoes well. Now put oil in a pan. Now add fennel seeds and green chilies to it and fry for a few seconds. After this, put the mashed potatoes in the pan and fry them while stirring well. Fry well for a few minutes.

Now add all the spices and salt according to taste and mix well. Put a lot of chopped green coriander over it. Now let it cool down.
