Meanwhile, take a blender, add mint leaves, 3 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, 2 green chilies and make a smooth paste. Add salt, black pepper and lemon juice along with chaat masala. Blend it again and enjoy fresh chutney. In summer, you can store it in the fridge and eat it for several days.
