to make khoya kulfi Material

  • 1 liter milk
  • lost a cup
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped pieces of almonds and pistachios

Khoya Kulfi Recipe

  • Take a pan and boil 1 liter of milk in it.
  • After it starts boiling, slow down the gas.
  • The milk has to be cooked until the milk becomes half.
  • Then add khoya, cardamom powder, sugar and pistachio almond pieces and mix it well.
  • Cook everything well till it starts boiling.
  • After 10 minutes, when the milk becomes slightly thick, stir it a little and then turn off the gas.
  • Now keep the milk to cool down.
  • When the mixture cools down a bit, then put it in the Kulfi mold and keep it for freezing overnight.
  • Keep in mind that it takes 8 hours for the Kulfi to set properly.
  • Keep it out of the fridge for a while before eating it the next day.
  • Then put the mold in a vessel filled with water and take out the kulfi from it comfortably.
  • Your delicious khoya kulfi is ready.
  • You can enjoy it as a dessert after lunch or dinner.
