Beatriz Flamini World record: This is Beatriz Flamini, a 50-year-old athlete from the European country of Spain. She has come out safely after spending 500 days in the cave there. For about a year and a half, Flamini was living in a cave 230 feet deep near the city of Granada. During this, his contact with the outside world was cut off.

Beatriz Flamini tells that she used to do exercise, painting, drawing and knitting caps in the cave. Apart from this, he also read many books in the cave. They used to eat and drink inside the cave itself. It has been told in media reports that while living inside the cave, he read 60 books and drank 1000 liters of water.

This unique feat of Beatriz Flamini has been included in the Guinness World Records. This world record means that no woman has ever lived in a cave like her for such a long time before. Beatriz Flamini says that when she moved in, she initially counted every day. However, after 2 months he stopped counting the days.

When the team reached inside, they were found sleeping.

Beatriz Flamini told in the press conference that when a team entered the cave to pick her up after completing 500 days, she was sleeping. He had no idea that his target had been met. Flamini says, “When people came to pick me up, I was stunned, I couldn’t believe that 500 days had passed.” He said that during his stay in the cave he had almost no contact with the outside world.
