Abhishek Banerjee wrote on Twitter, “In their desperation to ‘harass’ and ‘target’ me, the BJP exposed contempt of court by the CBI and ED! The Supreme Court this morning stayed the Calcutta High Court order that quashed the Central The agencies were allowed to summon me. Still today at 1:45 pm, the summons was received, the matter is serious.”

In the multi-crore teacher recruitment scam…

Ghosh says that central agencies are pressurizing him to name Banerjee in the multi-crore teacher recruitment scam in West Bengal.

Banerjee challenged the High Court order in the apex court. On Monday morning, Chief Justice D.Y. The Supreme Court bench headed by Chandrachud stayed the High Court’s April 13 order till April 24.
