Delhi called these 2 players for trials in the middle of the season, were unsold in the auction

Indian Premier League 2023: Nothing has gone right for the Delhi Capitals (DC) team in the 16th season of IPL. The team has faced defeat in all the 5 matches played so far. Now the franchise has called Abhimanyu Easwaran and Priyam Garg, the unsold players during the auction, for trials in the middle of the season.

So far, very poor performance in batting has been seen from the Delhi team. In which the team had lost 9 wickets during their innings in 3 matches so far, whereas in one match the whole team was all out. Apart from captain David Warner in the upper order, no other batsman has seen a better performance at all.

Players like Prithvi Shaw, Lalit Yadav and Yash Dhull have seen very poor performance with the bat so far this season. Most questions are being raised about the place of Prithvi Shaw in the team, who has appeared in the team as an impact player in the last few matches.

According to a PTI news, the Delhi Capitals team currently has a total of 25 players, which is the maximum number of players in a team. Now nothing is clear about whether he is planning to include them in place of any player. Now the trial of both the players has been taken.

Priyam Garg has experience of playing in IPL

Right-handed batsman Priyam Garg, who was the captain of the Indian Under-19 team, has experience of playing in the IPL, in which he has been a part of the Sunrisers Hyderabad team. Priyam has scored 251 runs in 21 matches at an average of 15.69. During this, 1 half-century innings has also been seen from his bat.
