The accused youth felt that he was wrongly denied to participate in the country’s parliamentary elections. Significantly, to contest the election of the Upper House, a candidate must be 30 years or more. It may be known that after this attack on Saturday, 24-year-old youth Ryuji Kimura was arrested from the spot.
