Bihar plagued by murder, loot and rape: Nityanand Rai
Accusing the ‘Mahagathbandhan government’ of giving shelter to criminals, Nityanand Rai wrote – “Bihar is plagued by murder, loot, rape. Criminals are springing up… because Nitish-Tejashwi’s government is the one that gives shelter to crime. The Grand Alliance government of Bihar is sitting silent with cotton in its ears. Criminals are carrying out incidents without fear.”

People are being killed in police custody in BJP ruled states. The grand alliance government has established the rule of law in Bihar.
