G20 meeting in Leh from today, more than 100 representatives from 30 countries will attend

G20 Meeting In Leh: More than 100 representatives of more than 30 countries have arrived in Leh to participate in the G20 meeting. All these delegates have come to Leh to attend the scheduled Y20 meetings. This meeting is being held in the Union Territory on April 26-28, 2023, under the G-20. Before the meeting, a press conference was held in Leh on Tuesday (25 April) in which the organizing committee highlighted the agenda of the meeting. After making Ladakh a Union Territory, the first major international meeting is going to be held here.

In the meeting, the organizers said that India has taken over the presidency of the G20. He said the theme of the youth summit is “one world, one family and one future” and the cause of climate, jobs and peace. Organizers told that as soon as India takes over the presidency of G20, all eyes will be on the events to be held in the cold desert Ladakh, which will witness a cultural carnival. The two-day G20 meeting will be held in the union territory from April 26 to April 28.

Will have lunch at Sindhu Ghat
The world leaders were welcomed in traditional style by artists and civil society members of Ladakh upon their arrival. The G20 delegates will attend a cultural festival in Ladakh and have lunch at Indus Ghat, a street art showcasing the Union Territory’s achievements in celebration. Apart from this, a cultural festival featuring traditional dances, a food festival highlighting local cuisine will also be held. It will also include an art exhibition by local artists and a display of products from local start-ups.

The local administration has made arrangements for the delegates to enjoy themselves to the fullest by improving the road infrastructure and beautifying the footpaths, adding artwork on the walls and putting up banners, flags and posters. Even the city gates and roads are illuminated with colorful lights.
