Alcohol consumption has to be reduced. You have to give up the habit of smoking. Gotta get a lot of sleep. Try to reduce stress and anxiety. Apart from this, you have to keep getting your body checkup done from time to time. If you follow these rules seriously, you will be saved from many diseases including breast cancer.
