Delhi News: While traveling an exciting journey, IPL 2023 has reached its last stop but what happened in the last league match of IPL is currently a topic of discussion in the whole country. We are talking about a very exciting match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Gujarat Titans, in which Gujarat Titans defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore and were thrown out of the tournament thanks to the batting of Subman Gill. Angered by the defeat of RCB, some irresponsible supporters of the team made indecent remarks on social media about cricketer Shubman Gill as well as his sister.

The Delhi Women’s Commission swung into action regarding the indecent remarks made on social media about Gill’s sister. Delhi Women’s Commission Chairperson Swati Maliwal has issued a notice to the Delhi Police demanding registration of an FIR against those making indecent comments and has asked the Delhi Police to inform about the action taken in the matter by May 26.

Swati Maliwal, chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women, has automatically issued a notice to the Delhi Police taking cognizance of the matter and said that such indecent remarks are not acceptable from anywhere. For any family, such comments on social media come under the purview of a criminal act, apart from this, some screenshots of social media were also attached to this notice giving information to the Delhi Police in this matter.

Police will have to report by May 26
Delhi Commission for Women Chairperson Swati Maliwal issued a notice to the Delhi Police asking them to submit an action taken report in the matter by May 26 including copy of the FIR, identity of the accused and their arrest, if any of the accused are not arrested. So the information about the action taken so far in relation to it, apart from this the complete action taken in this matter should be given in detail. Now it has to be seen that after the notice of the Delhi Women’s Commission, what strict stand the Delhi Police takes on the accused.
