IPL 2023 Eliminator LSG vs MI: Mumbai Indians defeated Lucknow Super Giants by 81 runs in the Eliminator match of IPL 2023. With this victory, Mumbai has made it to the second qualifier. Akash Madhwal played an important role in Mumbai’s victory. He took 5 wickets while bowling dangerously. Batting first, Mumbai gave a target of 183 runs. In response to this, the players of Lucknow could score only 101 runs. Now the Mumbai team will be in the field against Gujarat Titans in the second qualifier.

Mumbai, captained by Rohit Sharma, has reached the second qualifier with this win. Mumbai will face Gujarat Titans in the second qualifier. This match will be played on May 26 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Gujarat had to face defeat against Chennai Super Kings in the first qualifier. Krunal Pandya also could not do anything special. He got out after scoring 8 runs. Ayush Badoni went on to score one run. Nicklaus could not even open the full account. Deepak Hooda scored 15 runs in 13 balls. Krishnappa Gautam got out after scoring 2 runs. Deepak Hooda got out after scoring just 15 runs. Krishnappa Gautam got out after scoring 3 runs. The entire innings of Lucknow got scattered like a pack of cards. The team could only manage 101 runs in 16.3 overs till all out.

Green-Vadhera played brilliant innings for Mumbai

Batting first after winning the toss, Mumbai scored 182 runs in 20 overs with the loss of 8 wickets. During this, Cameron Green played a useful inning of 41 runs. He hit 6 fours and a six in 23 balls. Nehal Badhera scored 23 runs in 12 balls. He hit 2 fours and 2 sixes. Suryakumar Yadav scored 33 runs in 20 balls. Surya also hit two fours and sixes. Tilak Verma scored 26 runs and Tim David scored 11 runs. Opener Ishan Kishan was dismissed after scoring 15 runs. Rohit Sharma could score only 11 runs.

Yash Thakur took 3 wickets for 34 runs in 4 overs for Lucknow. Naveen-ul-Haq took 4 wickets for 38 runs in 4 overs. Mohsin Khan took one wicket for 24 runs in 3 overs. Ravi Bishnoi, Krunal Pandya and Gautam did not get a single wicket.
